Research On The Cooperative Development Of Higher Education And Strategic Emerging Industries In Changsha- Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration

With the deepening of knowledge economy and the advancement of economic integration,as the center of economic development in hunan province,in order to drive the growth and update of provincial economy,changzhutan region actively follows the guidance of "promoting xiang through science and education" and strongly supports the development of higher education in city clusters.An important indicator to measure the core competitiveness of a country or region is the degree of optimization of its strategic emerging industries.The changzhutan city cluster makes use of various resource advantages and relies on the economic scale and agglomeration effect of the city cluster to vigorously promote the development of strategic emerging industries.The development of strategic emerging industries cannot be separated from higher education,and the corresponding resources brought by talents cultivated by higher education can help regional economic growth and promote social progress,which are closely related and mutually promoting.Therefore,it is of great value to study the synergy between the development of higher education and the development of strategic emerging industries.In this paper,based on the theory of higher education and the strategic emerging industries,the use of 2007-2017 of changzhutan higher education and the strategic emerging industries related data,using the factor analysis method to build higher education comprehensive score index and the strategic emerging industry development comprehensive score index,using the coupling model,the coordination degree model to 2007-2017 older changzhutan higher education and the development of strategic emerging industry coordination degree and coordination degree influence factors are analyzed.The results show that :From the perspective of the whole region,higher education and strategic emerging industries are in the intermediate synergy,which belongs to the following and driving mode;from the point of view of changzhutan,changsha higher education and strategic emerging industries have the highest degree of collaborative development.The second is the degree of coordination in zhuzhou,which is the primary coordination and belongs to the following and driving modes.Xiangtan is grudgingly harmonious,harmonious degree is worst.;from the perspective of development stage,the coordinated development process of senior zhutan higher education and strategic emerging industries was slow from 2007 to 2010,the coupling coordinated development rate increased rapidly from 2010 to 2016,and the coupling coordinated development rate decreased from 2016 to 2017;from the perspective of influencing factors,scientific research funds,market research and development personnel,regional wage level,teacher-student ratio,operating income and government science and technology education policies can promote the coordinated development of higher education and strategic emerging industries,while the trade environment inhibits the coordinated development of the two.Starting from the changzhutan city cluster,this paper analyzes the degree and internal mechanism of the collaborative development between higher education and strategic emerging industries,expands the existing research,and provides theoretical support for the collaborative system design between higher education and strategic emerging industries,which is of great academic value.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward corresponding policy Suggestions,which can provide reference for the management of higher education and strategic emerging industries.
