Research On Social Integration Of Children Of Migrant Workers Involved In Group Work

With the rapid development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization in China,the demand for labor force in the construction of urban public infrastructure i5 increasing,attracting a large number of rural surplus labor force to migrate to cities.At the same time,the transfer mode of labor force has changed from simple growth to family-based migration to cities.The number of migrant workers'children is also increasing gradually,and is becoming an integral part of the process of urbanization.During my intermship in Shenzhen,the author found that most of the migrant workers living in PD community choose to take their children with them when they work in cities,hoping to give them a better living and learning environment.However,in real life,the migrant workers are busy with their livelihoods and have little time to care about their children's growth.Taking the children of migrant workers of grade 2-5 who participated in the"4:30 classroom" in PD community of Shenzhen as the research object,this paper collects data by questionnaire and interview,and finds that migrant workers'children have low sense of belonging to Shenzhen city,low degree of social integration due to lack of family education,poor school integration and poor learning and interpersonal communication in the process of social integration.The present situation of "inner circle" is obvious.Based on the theory of ecosystem and social support,this paper analyses the reasons for the insufficient social integration of migrant workers'children from the individual,family,peer group and social level.According to these reasons,it explores the social integration of migrant workers' children by means of group work.Taking the "I want to be a Shenzhen person" group as an example,through the preparation of the group,we can observe and reflect on the different changes in the initial,middle and later stages of the group,constantly improve the group plan and improve the quality of service,so as to promote the self-ability of migrant workers'children,help them adapt to the existing life more quickly,and explore the questions that should be paid attention to in the social integration of migrant workers'children.Topic,and the main direction of future development.
