Young children because of their psychological self center is easy to conflict with his companions,but in the kindergarten teachers has been solve peer conflict "main body",no matter or regional collective teaching games,conflict of children always habitually to resolve the conflict of rights to the teacher,phenomenon can be found everywhere.So,in addition to teacher authority to solve children conflict,we expect a better conflict resolution strategy.Therefore,this article try to 5 to 6 years old children peer conflict resolution ability of exploration,trying to analyze children conflict resolution ability at the core of the composition,targeted formulate corresponding targets,and guided by target training strategy,combined with appropriate case verification,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the capacity of young children peer conflict resolution.This paper is divided into the following four parts:Part one:introduction.First of all,on the basis of the actual work experience,which leads to the selected topic reason,peer conflict between think young children can adopt the way of teachers directly involved in outside to solve.Secondly,it is pointed out that children conflict solving practical significance;Young children,especially 5-6 years old children should be the basic capability of independent talk things over solve peer conflict.Again,review the existing literature research focused on the results of the investigation and study,several aspects and the problems existing in the research.Fourth,to the article about the connotation of the concept of children conflict resolution ability and structure analysis,summary,analysis of the relationship with the teacher’s intervention.Finally is introduced in this paper,research methods and train of thought,try to use more suitable for young children research methods,improve the reliability and maneuverability,clarify the research strategies of the problem.In part two the children conflict resolution core competence were analyzed.From the different dimensions of children psychological development core competence were analyzed.The related research results are summarized to cultivate children ability to resolve the conflict to provide theoretical basis.The third part based on the former part put forward concrete 5-6 years old children peer conflict resolution ability training objectives.Including children attention,thinking,language,character,social,and many other angles.The fourth part in view of the training objectives and the existing problems from two aspects of teachers and children develop strategy.In the aspect of teachers to adjust the Angle of view,observe,learn to listen;From the perspective of children should provide words space,picture books teaching,etc.At the same time the corresponding suitable case is blended in among them,in order to achieve the objectives of the ascending children peer conflict solving skills.Finally the insufficient and further research problems of this study are summarized.
