With the promulgation of various incentive policies for preschool education,coupled with the liberalization of the second child policy,China's preschool education industry ushered in a rapid development of the spring,new kindergartens around the explosive growth.More and more social capital begins to inject into the market,and market competition is more intense.At the same time,the society pays more attention to the education cause,parents' demands for kindergarten service are getting higher and higher.For private kindergartens,opportunities and peach wars coexist.Whether the kindergartens can adapt to the development trend and seize the development opportunities is related to the survival of the kindergartens.M kindergarten came into being in this environment,and have achieved initial success.However,in the fierce market competition,under severe internal and external pressure,M kindergarten encountered its own development bottleneck,a long time to stop.If we want to develop and grow,we must use the power of scientific management to analyze the internal and external environment,determine our own core competitive advantage,through scientific management and planning theory,make clear the development strategy and plan,and then gradually implement and improve,so as to win the market and develop.Through the analysis of M kindergarten,this paper clarifies its development strategy and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the security strategy.First of all,this paper briefly introduces the theoretical basis for the formulation of strategy and planning,and on this basis determines the basic research ideas.Then,it gives a comprehensive introduction to the development status and development problems of M kindergarten.Then,the value chain and the internal and external environment of M kindergarten are elaborated by using the strategic management theory,and the competitive advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the internal and external environment are analyzed in depth,which provides a theoretical basis for the development strategy of the kindergarten.Through the analysis,the development goals of M kindergarten are formulated,and thestrategic analysis is carried out around the development goals,and the expanding development strategy is selected.Finally,aiming at the development strategy of M kindergarten,the key points of implementation of the strategy and the safeguard measures are clarified.
