Looking around the world,all countries in the world are carrying out the education reform aimed at the cultivation of core literacy.The author draws lessons from some of the core qualities of the music discipline in the American National Standards for the Curriculum of Core Art.which is combined with the teaching objectives and contents of the Music Curriculum Standards for compulsory Education.This paper constructs an analytical framework(including music innovation literacy,music expression literacy and music culture understanding)to investigate the current situation of music core literacy teaching in primary and secondary schools,and then designs questionnaires and interviews on the basis of this framework.By means of questionnaire,interview,observation and so on,this paper investigates the current situation of music teaching in two primary schools in Wuhan,and makes a survey on the core of music discipline in the current primary school music teaching.The problems existing in the cultivation of literacy are analyzed and the countermeasures are discussed.The author finds that the music teaching in the two schools not only has abundant hardware facilities and teaching equipment,but also has plenty of music teaching staff,as well as a variety of music extracurricular activities.However,there are both advantages and disadvantages in the teaching of students' core quality of music.Its advantages are as follows:students have a high degree of mastery of music theory,have a certain ability to play and sing,be able to make a preliminary judgment on the elements and emotions of music,and have a certain ability of music creation.And the study of music is full of enthusiasm and interest.Its deficiency is mainly manifested in the following aspects:the school is in the music class The arrangement of the program is unreasonable,the evaluation mechanism of students' music core accomplishment is not perfect,and the senior music teachers are lack;Music teachers do not fully understand the core literacy of music,the teaching of music creation is not fully carried out,the teaching of music culture understanding is not comprehensive,and the comprehensive teaching of subjects is not rich and so on.In view of these problems,the reform of primary school music teaching based on music core literacy needs to eliminate discipline discrimination,create a training environment for music core literacy,broaden the vision of core literacy,and promote the professional development of teachers.Strengthen family education,promote the formation of students' core literacy in an all-round way.From the point of view of the content,this article is roughly divided into the following parts.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the article includes concept definition and theoretical basis,present situation investigation,problem analysis and countermeasure discussion.
