In September 2014,the "Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Examinations and Enrollment System" was issued,and a new round of college entrance examination reforms,piloted by Zhejiang and Shanghai provinces,officially began.In 2018,Hebei Province also launched a new policy for college entrance examination reform.Students who are dissatisfied with one semester after entering high school face an important choice of "six choices three".However,students' perception of self,cognition of disciplines,and Professional cognition and cognition of occupation are almost zero,so career planning education came into being.There are many kinds of career planning education institutions in the society,which requires all high schools to carry out career planning,education.Research content:1.This study investigated all the students in Xingtai City's No.1 Middle School and investigated the current situation of high school career education through questionnaires and other methods.2.Select the first grade 11 and 12 classes as the research object,11 classes for the control class and 12 classes for the experimental class.In the chemistry teaching of this semester,the chemistry teaching design practice based on the career planning theory is carried out.After one semester of practice,the chemical average scores and chemical occupational maturity of the two classes were post-tested,and SPSS software was used for independent sample t-test.Research result:1.Students generally believe that it is necessary to conduct career education in ordinary high schools,but there are still many problems.The career consciousness of the experimental class students have been significantly improved.It is proved that the chemistry teaching design model based on the career planning education theory has promoted the career development of high school students. |
