Career planning education refers to the rational use of internal and external resources,purposeful,organized and planned teaching of career planning related knowledge and skills to students through teacher teaching,special curriculum and cooperation with family and society,so as to focus on cultivating students' self-awareness,career awareness and career planning awareness,So as to promote students' lifelong development of a comprehensive education activities.With the implementation of the new college entrance examination policy,students' right to choose examinations and courses is expanding day by day.The choice plays a vital role in the long-term development of students,and also puts forward new requirements for career planning education,which has aroused widespread attention in the education sector.As a result,career planning education has made great progress nationwide in recent years.It plays a very important role in high school education and teaching,and is closely related to the future development of high school students.Based on the above background,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the vocational planning education in senior high school.First of all,through reading the relevant literature and relevant theories and policies at home and abroad,this study fully grasps the current development direction of career planning education in ordinary high schools.On this basis,it uses the questionnaire survey method to carry out a questionnaire survey on 2020 freshmen in a university in Shandong Province,This paper focuses on the current situation of career planning education in ordinary high schools and the current situation of career planning of high school students.Secondly,select a high school in Jining,Binzhou and Yantai,and interview teachers and students on related issues,in order to understand the actual development dilemma of high school career planning education.Finally,the paper analyzes the development direction and the development dilemma,finds the gap and deficiency between them,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through the investigation and analysis,it is found that the problems of career planning education in senior high schools are mainly manifested in four aspects: first,the problem of teachers is worrying,including the low recognition of career planning teachers,the lack of teaching motivation,the difficulty in promoting teachers' professional titles,the relative weakness of professional ability,and the mechanical singleness of subject selection guidance;Second,the curriculum system is not complete,which is manifested in the dull and single curriculum content,the difficulty in implementing the class hour planning,and the imperfect class hour evaluation mechanism;Thirdly,the students' awareness of career planning is weak,including the students' low level of understanding,the students' insufficient ability of choosing subjects,and the poor ability of self prediction;Fourth,the utilization rate of off campus resources is low,including the lack of cooperation between home and school,the lack of resource integration,and the single form of activities.In view of the existing problems,this paper analyzes the reasons from the aspects of teachers,curriculum,students,off campus families and society.In terms of teachers,the main reasons include: insufficient attention of teachers,lack of training incentive system,shortage of full-time teachers and lack of professional experience of teachers;In terms of curriculum,the main reasons include: lack of strength in curriculum development,insufficient attention and poor implementation of curriculum;In terms of students,the main reasons include: lack of awareness of career planning,weak career planning ability;In the aspect of outside school,the main reasons include: parents' insufficient cognition and inadequate utilization of social resources.In view of the above problems and their causes,and combined with the actual research situation of this study,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: teachers,curriculum,students and off campus resources;Second,we should construct the science curriculum system;Third,we should strengthen students' professional quality;Fourth,we should make full use of off campus resources.
