Junior high school students are in their youth,their healthy growth,not only entrusted with their parents' ardent expectations,but also bear the hope of the future of the motherland.In the face of all kinds of academic pressure,they are often in the intense study and frequent exams,not only do not have enough time for physical exercise,but also more lack of effective psychological counseling.The research of many experts and scholars at home and abroad also proves that scientific and reasonable physical exercise can improve people's mental health.Health qigong · wuqinxi emphasize the unification of the shape,spirit,meaning,gas,attaches great importance to the transformation of "artistic conception" five birds,by imitating animals in nature,shape and spirit,the pursuit of a pick up state of mind,conform to the psychological characteristics of students,can bring joy to the students' physical exercise,taking part in physical exercise to improve appetite,promote the development of physical and mental health.Few articles have been written on the combination of the unique individual sports items such as fitness qigong and wuqinxi with the mental health of junior high school students.Therefore,this study mainly used experimental method,measurement method,mathematical statistics method,interview method and other research methods,with fitness qigong wuqinxi as exercise intervention means,to explore the fitness qigong wuqinxi on the psychological indicators of the intervention effect.It provides suitable sports content for the mental health of junior high school students in special period,and provides theoretical and practical basis for their more scientific and healthy exercise.According to the research needs,two classes in the second grade of no.86 middle school were randomly selected,one class It's an experimental class.The other class is a control class as the experimental object,and the experimental group was treated with wuqinxi intervention for 16 weeks,while the control group was not treated with intervention for normal life and learning.The exercise frequency was twice a week,and the exercise time was 60 min.The scores of scl-90 and poms The experimental group was analyzed before and after the experiment and the control group,so as to test the effect of fitness qigong and wuqinxing on the mental health of junior middle school students.The results showed that: in terms of mood,the subjects in the experimental group showed an obvious tendency to decline in scores of stress,anger,fatigue,depression and panic factors before and after the experiment,and the scores of stress and panic factors reached a significant level(P?0.05),and the expression of depression components reached a very significant level(P?0.01).The scores of energy and self-esteem factors were improved to a significant level(P?0.05).In terms of mental health,the scores of each subscale showed a significant trend of decline,and the effects of wuqinxing practice on somatization,compulsive symptoms and interpersonal relationship sensitivity were more obvious,reaching a significant level(P?0.05).It has a positive effect on depression,anxiety,spirituality and other factors,which has reached a very significant level(P?0.01).The factors such as hostility,terror and so on had a significant downward trend,but did not reach a significant level.However,there was no significant difference in the control group.Conclusion:(1)This article through 16 weeks of wuqinxi exercise,can effectively improve the mental health level of subjects.(2)This article through 16 weeks of wuqinxi exercise,in the mood indicators of male and female gender differences.Women were significantly more likely than men to have positive emotions;The negative emotions were more pronounced in males than females.(3)This article through 16 weeks of wuqinxi exercise,the psychological index of the experimental class is significantly higher than that of the control class,which indicates that the effect of fitness qigong wuqinxi is a more suitable exercise to improve the mental health of junior high school students.
