With the rapid development of social economy,the rapid growth of higher vocational education teams has caused people's widespread concern about how to improve the quality of higher vocational education.Teaching is a bilateral activity composed of teacher's teaching and student's learning.The key to the quality of education is teachers.The level of teachers directly affects the quality of teaching in a school.Therefore,it is apparent that accelerating the professionalization of higher vocational teachers particularly important.The key to improving the professionalization level of higher vocational teachers is to enhance the professional qualities and professional abilities of higher vocational teachers,so that higher vocational teachers become "double-qualified" teachers.As a higher vocational teacher,we should first establish the concept of lifelong learning,and constantly review our professional knowledge and abilities to meet the requirements of social development for higher vocational teachers according to the socioeconomic development situation.There are two levels of understanding of the professionalization of higher vocational teachers: one is the professionalization of the profession of higher vocational teachers,and the other is the specialization of higher vocational teachers.This article mainly discusses the specialization of individual teachers.In China,the development history of higher vocational education is relatively short,and the lack of experience,coupled with the long-term influence of Confucian culture,vocational education has not received people's attention.Among them,the professional qualities of higher vocational teachers are compared with those of ordinary undergraduate colleges.As for the quality of teachers,there is still a big gap.This study is based on the experience of previous generations and uses questionnaires and literature analysis methods to conduct case studies on X vocational colleges.It uses expectations to understand the status of teacher professionalization in China and put forward their own opinions and opinions.To enrich the professional content of higher vocational teachers in China and make up for their deficiencies.
