As an important part of China higher education,higher vocational colleges play an important role in training high-quality skilled talents,which is of great significance to China's talent training and reserve,and is an important basis for China's economic and social development.Higher vocational education attaches equal importance to the cultivation of students' professional knowledge and skills,and the teaching objectives are mainly reflected in improving students' practical ability and promoting students' professionalism.Higher vocational students have the characteristics of complex source types,unbalanced source quality,lack of good learning habits and learning motivation,thinking structure emphasizes on image thinking.The particularity above determines that the ideological and political education work in higher vocational colleges is also different from that in ordinary undergraduate colleges.The professional construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges must also follow the characteristics of higher vocational education and highlight its professionalism,practicality and innovation.This article through to in five higher vocational college counselors work present situation,the survey found higher vocational college counselors team working status is still counselor professionalism is not low,role and responsibility is not clear,career development and training system is imperfect,the counselor team is common problem such as job burnout,these problems will affect the effect of higher vocational college students work.In order to improve the existing problems in counselors' work and strengthen the effect of student service and management,the degree of professional construction of counselors' team in higher vocational colleges must beconstantly improved.Therefore,the professional construction of counselor team is the only way to improve the level of student service and management.This paper through to the selected topic related theoretical and practical significance for research,for domestic and foreign research present situation and domestic and foreign scholars in the field of the related research institute in the field of view is put forward after the system combing,conclusion summarizes the relevant concepts and theories of the counselor specialization,think that higher vocational college counselors team specialization include professional knowledge and skills,special institutional guarantee,professional training system and the cultivation of specialized agencies and so on four big core factors.Second,take the focus group interviews and participatory observation and other methods,the research analysis about the present situation of higher vocational college counselors team,put forward the main problems of the counselor team construction in colleges and universities,these problems include professional accomplishment is low,the counselor role and responsibility is not clear,career development and training system is not perfect,and the counselor team is widespread job burnout and so on four aspects.In order to improve the existing problems in counselors' work and strengthen the effect of student service and management,the degree of professional construction of counselors' team in higher vocational colleges must be constantly improved.Therefore,the professional construction of counselor team is the only way to improve the level of student service and management.This paper bases on the theories of counselor professionalization and the successful experience of student management in colleges and universities at home and abroad,and on the theoretical knowledge of pedagogy,human resource management and other disciplines,this paper takes liuzhou railway vocational and technical college as an example to carry out an empirical study.Through exploration and practice,it is of certain theoretical development and practical significance to constantly improve the professional construction path and guarantee mechanism of the counselor team.
