In order to further implement the nineteen spirits,carry out network teaching,realize the development of "Internet+education",and promote the reform and innovation of the domestic educational system,the educational institutions have promulgated the "2 plan of action for education informatization".Improving students’ information element formation is the most important content of educational informationization in China.The current research focuses on the concept,standards,influencing factors and Countermeasures of information technology literacy.Most of the research focuses on urban primary and secondary school teachers or college students,but few of the research on rural primary school students’ information literacy.This study is based on the theory of multicultural education,according to the status and problems of information literacy of senior students in Xiang Cheng Pearl Lake Primary School questionnaire,teacher-student discussion,individual interviews and classroom observation of information obtained from the study to understand the basic situation of information literacy of senior students in primary schools.Through the rational analysis of the status quo of information literacy of senior primary school students,we can find and understand the existing problems from the complicated phenomena,thus providing ideas for further analysis of the deep-seated factors affecting the information literacy of senior primary school students and forming improvement strategies.The research methods adopted in this paper are literature analysis and questionnaire.After investigating all senior students in Xiang Cheng District Pearl Lake Primary School,530 questionnaires were collected from students.The main problems of the study include:1.the differences of pupils’ information literacy in different gender,grade,town and country,whether to meet the learning needs,the number of home computers and the number of home smart phones;2.the descriptive data of students’ information consciousness,information ability,information knowledge and information morality;3.the family.And school environment factors on the impact of information literacy;4.analysis of primary school senior students’ information literacy deep-seated factors;5.the formation of elementary school senior students’ information literacy improvement strategies.The findings are as follows:1.The neglect of information literacy:in society;2.The weak foundation of school information literacy education;3.The lag of teachers’information literacy education;4.The lack of students’ information literacy ability.Based on the perspective of multli-cultural education,this study puts forward strategies to improve the information technology literacy of senior primary school students from four aspects of society,school,teachers and students:1.Focus on the construction of a good social environment for information literacy.(1)to unify knowledge and attach importance to information literacy education from the ideological point of view;(2)to strengthen and improve the material basis of information literacy education;(3)to create a good family environment for information literacy education.2.Strengthen the management and construction of school information literacy.(1)Pay attention to the construction of campus network moral culture,strengthen the moral education of youth network;(2)Give full play to the role of the library in information literacy education,open literature retrieval courses.3.Optimize teachers’ information literacy education activities.(1)Full-time teachers should change their mentality and teaching methods;(2)Subject teachers should renew their ideas and improve their information skills.4.Encourage school students to learn independently.(1)Establish correct information consciousness,realize all-round development of information ability;(2)Study information knowledge conscientiously and cultivate noble information morality. |
