Strategic Study Of Teaching Staff Construction Of Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Background Of Profound Integration And Cooperation Between Colleges And Companies

Our country’ s vocational education school policy is "service first, employment oriented".Current complex international and domestic economic situation and industry transformation and upgrading has put forward higher requirements for schools talent cultivation. Higher vocational and technical schools, whose aim is to take "high quality technical skill talents" as the talents training goal, will face severe challenges.It is particularly important In the face of challenge, build a group of teachers who meet the needs of current higher vocational education development under this challenge. Therefore, teaching staff construction strategy in higher vocational colleges under the background of profound integration between colleges and companies has become one of the most urgent area need to be studied in higher vocational colleges.This study is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part,elaborated the background and significance of this study, literature review, research methods and research train of thought and definitions of basic concept, etc. The second chapter,discussed the general and special requirements of the teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges through analyzing the target and characteristics of higher vocational education talents cultivation and talent cultivation mode under the profound integration between colleges and companies. The third chapter mainly discuss the existing problems of the teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges under the background of profound cooperation between colleges and companies as well as the reason for causing these problems, and that of the meaning and characteristics of the teaching staff construction strategy. The fouth chapter mainly discussed construction strategy of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges from the following five aspects, including overall system construction,combined with guangdong water conservancy electric power vocational technology college teachers construction practice, system construction as a whole, construction for faculty sharing platform under university-enterprise cooperation, and construction of teachers staff optimization and security, action innovation construction, enterprise culture to lead, combined with the practical teaching staff construction of Guangdong Technical College of Water Resources and Electric Engineering.Through this research, the author hopes to offer useful suggestions to carry out theteachers staff construction of higher vocational colleges under the background of profound integration between colleges and companies.
