In the new era,the core competitiveness of the country is the talent.the competition between countries is more and more obvious for the competition between talents,but also has the ability of cooperation and innovation.Cooperative innovation talents must be cultivated in the atmosphere of cooperation.The relationship between teachers and students,as the most basic and the most important interpersonal relationship in school education,that is of great significance to the smooth progress of education and teaching,the improvement of teaching quality and the healthy development of teachers and students.Therefore,based on the understanding of the characteristics of junior high school students,this paper constructs a cooperative relationship between teachers and students in junior high school language teaching,in order to create a favorable environment for the cultivation of talents.This paper is divided into four parts to describe:The first chapter is mainly about the relationship between teachers and students and the research on the cooperative relationship between teachers and students at home and abroad.The second chapter,the junior middle school language teaching to the cooperation teacher student relations call.The junior middle school is a special education period,the junior middle school students have the characteristics of rebellious impulse,independence to teacher,and emotional introversion.In the junior high school language,the construction of cooperative teacher-student relationship needs to grasp the object of study.Junior high school language teaching in the establishment of cooperative relationship between teachers and students is also of great significance,can stimulate students' interest in learning,improve students' ability of cooperation and innovation,improve students' communication ability,cultivate students' Humanistic feelings.The third chapter describes the form of the cooperative relationship between teachers and students in junior high school: mutual respect,equality of status,mutual communication,emotional harmony;mutual acceptance,understanding differences;cooperation,win-win cooperation.The fourth chapter is the key chapter of this thesis,which is about how to construct the cooperative relationship between teachers and students in junior middle school Chinese teaching.The following four strategies: to respect the students' cognitive characteristics,to build a bridge between the construction;to meet the students' psychological self-expression,provide a stage to show themselves;to inspire students' learning passion,form a cooperative learning group;promote students' emotion,looking close to students' life of Chinese material.
