With the popularization of higher education,the promotion and popularization of economic globalization and network information put forward new requirements for the management of students in colleges and universities.Since the first introduction of the student service center mode in 2009,more and more universities have established one-stop university student service centers.The one-stop college student service center is a specialized service organization for student affairs management.It integrates student education,management,and service activities..It plays an important role in serving students,promoting students' growth and development,and interpersonal communication.Although there are more than eight years of development of the one-stop University Service Center in China,there are some problems that need to be paid attention to in the course of its development.This study starts with the status of one-stop university student service centers and studies the problems of one-stop college student service centers.Through the literature,questionnaire,interviews,etc.,this paper mainly investigates the status of the one-stop college student service center in the S universities and the status between the center serving the students.The statistical analysis of the survey results found that the one-stop type of university student service center's target concept is biased,the service content is not prominent and the degree of integration is not high,the service information network service mode is lacking,and the staff's active service awareness and specialization are not high.problem.Through in-depth analysis of the problems caused by the service center,it was found that the main reasons were the slow update of management concepts,the lack of corresponding management and coordination mechanisms and the authorization of functional departments,poor awareness of network services,slow pace of updating service methods,and professional service teams of teachers.The lack of.Deeply reflect on the problems existing in the construction of a one-stop service center for university students,take active measures,strengthen and innovate student-oriented management concepts,improve the corresponding coordination mechanism,promote the professionalization of center staff,and innovate one-stop service center services.Four measures were proposed to improve the construction of a one-stop service center for university students.
