Research Of One-Stop Service Center Construction Of College Students Of Youjiang Medical University For Nationalities

In the mid and late 1990s, the holistic governance theory was first put forward by British scholar Perry Hicks. After that, the European and American developed countries, such as Britain and American have been using holistic governance theory to conduct the governance reform of governments. Holistic governance theory emphasizes the needs of citizens for management-oriented, information technology for governance means, coordination, integration and responsibility for governance mechanism, so as to integrate the "fragmented" relationship of governance levels, function, public and private sectors, which provides citizens with seamless and unseparated services.In recent years, with the deepening of higher education reform, China’s higher education has come into the popular stage. The quantity and quality of students have changed a lot and students’ service awareness has enhanced, which brings new challenge to managing college students. It requires colleges to change management idea, to integrate educational resources, and to reform the management system, so as to enhance the management level.The holistic governance theory takes citizen needs as the starting point, integration, coordination and responsibility as the mechanism, technology information as means to integrate the fragmented departments. This paper holds that these concepts can provide certain reference and guidance for construction of one-stop service center of Chinese colleges. From the perspective of holistic governance theory, this paper tries to begin with changing the traditional student management pattern, integrating fragmented student management departments, strengthening responsibility of student managers, establishing network service platform, integrating professional student management personnel, so as to investigate the construction strategy of promoting one-stop service center of Chinese college students.
