A Study On The Strategic Planning Of Zaozhuang ICrobot Robot Education

With the advent of artificial intelligence,innovative talents have become one of the most important strategic resources in all countries all over the world.Cultivating innovative talents has become an important strategic measure for all countries to achieve economic development,scientific and technological progress and international competitiveness.Robot education,which emerged as the times require,has become increasingly hot while it was tepid a few years ago.Countless robot education institutions have been set up in various places.The robotics education industry has ushered in the spring,and at the same time,fierce competition has also put forward higher requirements for each brand.This paper is about a research on the development strategy of Zaozhuang campus of ICrobot education.The paper systematically introduces the development course and the present situation of Zaozhuang campus,and expounds the organization environment of Zaozhuang campus.Through the comprehensive analysis of its internal and external environment,the author concludes that its own advantages are perfect curriculum system,strong teachers,unique curriculum style and outstanding industry status,but the disadvantage is that brand propaganda is still not in place and for lack of extracurricular activities and so on.The opportunities and threats are also analyzed.Through the SWOT analysis tool,the author studies and puts forward the ICrobot education system.In the next three years,Zaozhuang Campus will focus on the growth strategy in curriculum promotion,adopt a combination strategy of twisting,diversity and defensive strategies in advertising,campaign organization,foreign cooperation and internal management,etc.It is necessary to make full use of internal advantages and firmly grasp external opportunities.It's also necessary to continue to make great efforts to strengthen,and actively deal with external challenges.Overcoming their own disadvantages,andachieving a stable and long-term development strategy are also needed.It also puts forward the principle of giving priority to the growth strategy,speeding up the improvement of R & D,teacher training,teaching and research systems,opening up channels for publicity and promotion,strengthening cooperation with other institutions and enhancing their own information management.The strategy implementation plan of using culture to lead to the development of the school is also included.The implementation of the strategy proposed by Zaozhuang campus of ICrobot education is carried out in order to realize the strategic orientation of the campus and the strategic plan for the next three years.
