Secondary vocational schools have experienced a very glorious era in China,but with the development of education in China,nowadays,the pressure of competition in secondary vocational schools is increasing,the quality of students is declining,and all aspects can not be compared with the general high school.On the premise of the increasingly severe surrounding educational environment,secondary vocational schools want to achieve sustainable development,the most important thing is to seek their own structural optimization and management progress.At present,as long as the performance evaluation of secondary vocational schools is conducted once a year and at the end of the year for the purpose of bonus evaluation and priority evaluation,it will not play a very good role in performance management.Therefore,this paper focuses on how to use the Balanced Scorecard theory to establish an effective performance management evaluation system in Vocational colleges.Based on the author's years of work experience in Vocational schools,combined with what I learned in the graduate stage,this paper analyzes some practical problems in the process of performance management in Vocational schools,combined with the theory of Balanced Scorecard and performance management,and combined with to the actual performance management system of Hunan C vocational schools.Relevant circumstances,the use of on-the-spot investigation and research methods,literature collection and collation,analytic hierarchy process,qualitative and quantitative methods.The Balanced Scorecard theory in the new context of vocational schools to transform,from the teacher's responsibility,social level,internal processes,personal learning and development of four dimensions for C secondary vocational schools designed The new two level KPI index system,and the index system for specific scoring and evaluation.It also puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the process of implementing the performance management system of the Balanced Scorecard theory in the secondary vocational schools,hoping to provide a scientific,fair and democratic performance management scheme for the performance management level of C secondary vocational schools,and also hoping to improve the performance management level of teachers for other secondary vocational schools.A certain theoretical basis and practical plan are provided.
