With the popularization of higher education,the scale of postgraduate enrollment in China continues to expand.Interdisciplinary postgraduate enrollment has become a common social phenomenon.Postgraduates with interdisciplinary backgrounds have become a large proportion of the special group of postgraduates.In pedagogy,interdisciplinary phenomena are particularly common.In this survey,almost half of the total number of interdisciplinary postgraduates are studying for master's degree in education.It can be seen that interdisciplinary postgraduates have become a special group that must be paid attention to in the process of higher education.Although interdisciplinary master of pedagogy has multidisciplinary background advantages,compared with non-interdisciplinary students,they are different in knowledge structure,thinking mode and other aspects.They are also relatively unfamiliar with the knowledge they have learned.These factors have a very important relationship with the academic performance of interdisciplinary graduates.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to understand the academic performance and its causes of interdisciplinary postgraduates in pedagogy and to explore the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the academic performance of interdisciplinary postgraduates in pedagogy for improving the educational quality of postgraduates with interdisciplinary backgrounds.In this paper,328 graduate students of education from Tianjin University,Tianjin Normal University and Tianjin Vocational and Technical Normal University were selected as the research objects.Sample data were collected by questionnaires,interviews and independent sample T test.From five first-level dimensions,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)There are significant differences in academic performance between interdisciplinary and non-interdisciplinary graduate students.(2)The academic performance of interdisciplinary and non-interdisciplinary postgraduates differs from grade to grade.There are many reasons for the differences between interdisciplinary and non-interdisciplinary graduate students,such as their own learning attitude,unreasonable school management and absence of tutor guidance.In view of the various reasons behind it,the author gives reasonable suggestions and Countermeasures in order to improve the learning situation of interdisciplinary postgraduates and further improve the quality of education postgraduates.
