A Study On The Leadership Of Middle School Principals Under The Vision Of Educational Modernization

The report of the nineteenth national congress of the communist party of China emphasized the necessaries of deepening education reform,speeding up its modernization and developing education that people are satisfied with.Education in middle school can lay a good foundation for lifelong learning and development,which plays a key role in people's life.The systems of middle school in China are that the principals are in charge of everything who are the first persons to take on the responsibilities,the principal's leadership ability and level will have an impressive impact on the effective development of middle school,which is a key factor in the modernization of education.It is of great significance to study the leadership of middle school principals in the modernization of education for improving the work efficiency and management quality of the school principal and accelerating the modernization of education.the new education idea,organization management,mechanism reform,school culture,innovation and development of information technology have put forward with some new requirements for the principals.combining with the methods of questionnaire investigation,and interviewing some principals and teachers in high school in Pingxiang in Jiangxi province,we found that the education sector has already realized the importance of the improvement of the leadership of middle school principals,and has improved the leadership level of middle school principals through multiple channels,which can basically adapt to the current development of educational modernization..The main problems are that Insufficient guidance of leadership in moral,backward idea of running a school,inaccurate guidance in teaching,managerial capacity of the contingents is week and Lack of information technology application and open innovation,which are closely connected with the leaders themselves,social atmosphere and organization surroundings.Attempt to build principals should be equipped with the abilities in six aspects which are the leadership,moral leadership,the value of teaching leadership,team leadership and innovative leadership based on the theory of leadership traits,leadership behavior theory,leadership contingency theory,modern education and other related theory,combined with high school principal professional standards,the school management and the development characteristics of students,the education of modern horizon.In the end,I will come up with some suggestions on improving and cultivating the leadership of principals in middle school in terms of he systems of human modernization,modernization and management modernization on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign principals leadership.First of all,from the perspective of the system of human modernization To lay a solid foundation for the solid school headmaster's leadership,we should strengthen ideological and moral construction,Highlight the moral leading demonstration,clarify the role orientation of principals,follow the professional path of the principals,master the principals' professional standards and strengthen their abilities training.In addition,from the perspective of the modernization system to Perfect the Leadership Development Guarantee of the Headmaster of the Middle School,we should improve the system of principals' appointment and steadily advance the rank system,Improve the system of principal education and promote the professional development of principals,Improve mult-assessment mechanism to motivate principals.Eventually,from the perspective of the system of management modernization to Promote the practice of Middle School Principal's leadership,we should Innovative school philosophy,Highlight value guidance,Innovate the ways of Management and Activate the team,use culture to manage the school and optimize the atmospheres of educating well students.
