"From life to physics,from physics to society" is the point of view that has been mentioned from the curriculum reform of basic education in China,which shows that teachers should focus more on enhancing the connections between physical knowledge and life in the course of teaching,help students to build knowledge system,and achieve the expected effect that can be used in daily life with learned knowledge.Through investigation,we find that there are still many deficiencies in the practical relationship between physics teaching and real life in the course of implementation:subjective reasons;specifically,teachers lack the ability of extracting raw materials from real life into theory teaching,and the utilization rate of the living resources is not high,the teaching design of life-oriented teaching is more difficult.From objective perspectives,the life resources in school can not satisfy teachers to implement practice teaching.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on life-oriented teaching.In this paper,the research method and the practical research method are applied to life-oriented teaching.Through the questionnaire to teachers and students to understand the current situation of life-oriented teaching,analyze the current situation of life-oriented teaching and students preferred style of the life-oriented teaching.The principles and strategies of life-oriented teaching are summarized according to the survey results and related literature.Three kinds of teaching design of new lesson,theory lesson and extracurricular activities lesson are designed,and the general mode of new teaching course,refresher course and extracurricular activities course in life-oriented teaching is summarized.Two classes in a junior school with similar characteristics were selected for a two-month practical study.SPSS were used to examine the effectiveness of life-oriented teaching before and after practice.The practical research shows that the diversified life-oriented teaching method in junior middle school can help students to improve their score and interest in physics.Four suggestions are put forward for teachers on life-oriented teaching through practice,so as to be able to help teachers in carrying out the life-oriented teaching.
