The Key Competencies are necessary characters and key abilities that students gradually form to meet the needs of personal lifelong development and social development in the process of receiving education in corresponding school segments.With the research and demonstration of Key Competencies,the Key Competencies of the subject have come into being.The Physical Key Competencies are the embodiment of the value of the physical education,which are the correct values,the necessary characters and the key abilities that the students gradually form through the physical study.Physics is a subject that is closely related to life.Under the back-ground that the current classroom teaching is defective and can not meet the characteristics of students' thinking development,the author tries to study the life-oriented teaching of physics in junior high school under the guidance of the Key Competencies.The first two chapters of this paper analyze the current situation of life-based teaching and core literacy research at home and abroad through literature review.It is found that there has been a lot of research on the Key Competencies and the teaching of physics life.However,there is little discussion on guiding life-oriented teaching with the requirement of the Key Competencies,so the purpose of this paper is determined.Then the concepts of life teaching,Key Competencies and physics Key Competencies are defined,and the theoretical support for the next step of the paper is obtained.The third chapter analyzes the requirements of life-based teaching from three aspects: full-time physics curriculum standard,physics teaching material and Weifang high school examination questions and puts forward the necessity of life-oriented physics teaching.In order to accurately put forward the strategies of life-based teaching,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the present situation of physics life-based teaching and the cognition of its core literacy from the perspective of teachers.Judging from the results of the investigation,teachers have a positive attitude towards life-oriented teaching,but there is a lack of implementation.Teachers have a variety of ways to access life-related resources,but not enough to make use of them.Teachers' cognition of Key Competencies is still lacking,and their evaluation of students is relatively single.The fourth chapter combines the necessity analysis and the results of the questionnaire,puts forward the principles of life-oriented teaching,including the principle of life-oriented,the principle of goal and the principle of subjectivity.Then the teaching strategy of physical activation of junior middle school is put forward from four aspects: teachers' professional concept,teaching goal,teaching content,teaching form and evaluation.The fifth chapter attempts to carry on the junior middle school physics life teaching design according to the proposed principle and the strategy.The teaching design is carried out from the people's education edition junior middle school physics "the law of convex lens imaging" and "the quality" two classes,and has carried on the implementation in the classroom.The sixth chapter uses Ai Jing and Xiong Jianwen's Diagnostic Evaluation system of Physics classroom Teaching based on the Key Competencies to set up the Diagnostic Evaluation scale of classroom Teaching,and asks the whole school physics teachers to evaluate this class.Teachers agree that it is good for the cultivation of students' Key Competencies.And then I compiled the physics learning interest questionnaire.Pre-test and post-test were given to students before and after teaching.It is found that students' interest in learning has increased significantly.Finally,through interviews with students to understand their views on life-based teaching,it is found that they agree very well with life-based teaching.
