development thought,the people's happiness is more and more attention.From the perspective of psychology,happiness is people's subjective well-being.Left-behind children are a unique social phenomenon in China's rural society,and they are also a special group that the Chinese government and all sectors of society pay close attention to.Middle school students in the group of left-behind children are in the development stage from adolescence to youth,which is the second important period of physical development.They are in a state of dramatic changes in physiology and psychology,and their psychological characteristics are unstable,so they are more likely to have psychological and behavioral problems.If the mental health problems of left-behind junior middle school students can be solved,the subjective well-being of left-behind junior middle school students in rural areas can be improved,and the worries of left-behind junior middle school students' parents can be solved,then the quality of rural family well-off society can be greatly improved.According to the existing relevant literature,there are many studies on physical exercise and subjective well-being,but few studies on physical exercise and subjective well-being of left-behind junior middle school students.The purpose of this study is to explore whether the intervention of extracurricular sports activities has an impact on the subjective well-being of left-behind junior middle school students in rural areas.This study in nanyang fangcheng county a left-behind township middle school students as the research object,using the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method,mathematical statistics method,experiment teaching method on the 100 grade 7-9 left-behind students extracurricular physical activityintervention,using adolescent subjective well-being scale for the experimental group and control group carried out a statistical analysis on the change of the students' subjective well-being.The research results show that:(1)After 12 weeks of extracurricular physical activity experiment,the scores of rural left-behind junior middle school students in the experimental group in six dimensions of life satisfaction were improved,showing significant differences before and after the experiment.Conclusion: extracurricular sports activities can significantly improve the subjective well-being of rural left-behind children.(2)The influence of extracurricular physical activity experiment on the subjective well-being of rural left-behind junior middle school students.There is no significant difference in the total score between boys and girls,but in terms of freedom satisfaction,there is a significant difference between boys and girls,boys are higher than girls.(3)The effects of extracurricular physical activity experiments on the subjective well-being of rural left-behind junior middle school students in different grades are different.The influence of extracurricular physical activity experiment on rural left-behind junior middle school students,grade nine > grade seven > grade eight.(4)The influence of extracurricular physical activity experiment on the subjective well-being of left-behind junior middle school students in rural areas.There is no significant difference between the total subjective well-being score and the dimensions between the left-behind junior high school students whose parents are both away from home and the left-behind junior high school students whose parents are both away from home and the other party is unable to supervise.There was no significant difference between the total subjective well-being scores of left-behind students from one-child families,two-child families and families with three or more children and among all dimensions.(5)The comparison of the influence of extracurricular physical activity experiment on the subjective well-being of rural left-behind junior middle schoolstudents with different parents going out for different periods of time shows that left-behind students with parents going out for six months to one year get the highest score,which is significantly different from that of students with parents going out for one year.The influence of extracurricular physical activity experiment on the subjective well-being of rural left-behind junior middle school students when their parents go out for different periods of time,parents go out for six months to one year,and parents go out for three to six months.The following s uggestions are made:(1)School leaders should give full attention to and support sports activities,which is the premise of carrying out extracurricular sports activities and an important guarantee for carrying out extracurricular sports work.At the same time,we will increase the equipment of venues,sports equipment and other hardware facilities to provide material support for the development of extracurricular sports activities.(2)The head teacher shall give support and assistance to extracurricular sports activities,carry out colorful sports competition activities,cultivate students' interest in sports,and guide the correct consciousness of physical exercise.(3)The bureau of education,the bureau of physical education and the school institutions shall actively create a sports atmosphere and truly implement the national "sunshine sports activities",instead of relying on achievements.Extra-curricular sports activities should be included in the assessment of school work.(4)Due to limited funds,energy,personnel and time,it is suggested to expand the sample size,extend the experiment time,increase the frequency of monitoring,and increase the data monitoring in the middle of the experiment to make the experiment more accurate through multiple comparisons.(5)The project cannot meet the preferences of all left-behind junior high school students.If students can choose their favorite sports,their subjective well-being should change more significantly.
