Exercises after class,as an assignment system,appear in Chinese textbooks.They are one of the components of Chinese textbooks and an indispensable part of Chinese teaching.They also play an important role in the process of Chinese teaching.The setting of exercises after class not only plays a certain role in promoting teachers’ teaching,but also plays a role in consolidating students’ digestion and improving their abilities.There have been great changes in the newly published "Department Edition" textbooks compared with the people’s edition,and a series of changes have taken place in the setting of exercises after class.In the view of front-line teachers,facing the new changes of the new Chinese textbooks,it is inevitable to feel strange and confused,which provides the necessary research for how to correctly understand and make good use of the after-class homework system of the "department edited" Chinese textbooks.The content of this paper is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is about the analysis of exercises in Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry.Including the comparative analysis of the current situation between the two editions of junior middle school Chinese and Peoples Education Edition,as well as the detailed analysis of the "Department Edition" textbooks from the number,layout,type and function of after-school exercises.By using the method of literature analysis to understand and sort out the after-school exercises,the after-school exercises are divided into four basic types: accumulation and memorization,perception and understanding,thinking expansion and cooperation and inquiry.At the same time,the relative functions of the after-school exercises are pointed out,including guiding learning,consolidating knowledge,perceiving articles as a whole,grasping the main points of articles,diverging thinking and moving.Transfer and expand.The second part is about the use and problems of exercises teachers and students of "Ministry Edition" junior middle school Chinese textbooks.Through questionnaires and classroom observation,this paper analyzed the use of after-school exercises and the existing problems of teachers and students.The third part puts forward some feasible suggestions on the after-class exercises of the "department-edited textbooks" in junior middle school.For example,teachers should have a thorough understanding of the compiler’s intentions and deal with the after-class exercises flexibly;teachers should make good use of the after-class exercises to guide students to study independently;teachers should make use of the after-class exercises to carry out extracurricular extension,enrich students’ practical activities,and improve students’ language ability and literacy. |
