| Ecological civilization is a civilization that pursues the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.It is a civilization in which mankind rethinks the destruction of the ecological environment after the industrial revolution.At the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the 18 th National Congress and the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China have put forward the requirements and objectives for the construction of ecological civilization.This shows that China attaches great importance to environmental protection and ecological civilization construction.School education is the main front of ideological and moral education.Junior high school is the key period for the formation of students’ ideological and moral character.Teaching materials are important educational intermediary systems.Therefore,studying the content of ecological civilization literacy in junior high school textbooks has positive significance for the construction of ecological civilization.This research uses literature analysis method,comparative research method,statistical method and other research methods,combined with the behavioral theory and constructivist learning theory of junior high school students,through the textbook of "Biology" in junior high school and the "Scientific Explorer" textbook in the United States.The comparative study of the content of ecological civilization literacy,combined with the actual situation of biology classroom teaching in China and the advantages of American textbooks,provides suggestions for the improvement of the content of ecological civilization literacy in Chinese textbooks and the considerations of teachers in the teaching of ecological civilization content.This article has six parts,the main contents are as follows:The first chapter states the research background,the importance of this research,explains the related concepts of teaching materials,ecological civilization literacy,and the research results of the comparative study of the middle school biology textbooks at home and abroad,the research results of ecological civilization literacy education.After combing,the theoretical basis is briefly introduced.The second chapter establishes the research plan.It mainly introduces two sets of teaching materials used in the research and determines the content and methods of the research.The third chapter compares the content of Chinese and American junior high school textbooks in terms of content arrangement,content depth and chapter style,and presents the general information of the contents of the two textbooks,paving the way for the comparison of the content of ecological civilization.The fourth chapter clarifies the contrast standard of ecological civilization literacy content in the textbook.The text content of the textbook is divided into four parts: experiment and activity class,material reading class,analysis thinking class and text class.It also analyzes the quantity,distribution and content of each part of the textbooks of the two countries.Based on the analysis results of Chapter 4,the fifth chapter proposes how to combine the advantages of American textbooks with the classroom teaching of teachers and give examples.The sixth chapter has obtained the conclusions of the comparison and put forward relevant suggestions.Based on the above research,the author summarizes the respective advantages of the two sets of textbook ecological civilization literacy content,and provides suggestions for the preparation of Chinese textbooks and the cultivation of ecological civilization literacy in biology classes.Suggestions include:(1)appropriately expanding the ecological civilization content of the textbook;(2)opening a family experiment;(3)focusing on guiding students’ reflection;(4)extending the extension of ecological civilization content in the classroom;(5)grasping the ecological civilization quality education of key teaching materials. |
