The competition of the 21 century,in the final analysis,is the competition of talents.Teachers are the most important strategic resources in colleges and universities.How to attract teachers,stabilize teachers and encourage teachers to grow up has become an important part of the reform and development strategy of colleges and universities.This paper is based on Herzberg' s two-factor theory.This paper summarizes the incentive rranagement of teachers in College A from the two aspects of health care and encouragement.And combined with the actual situation of College A The current incentive status is summarized,The factors of health care and motivation were classified,References to relevant literature and College practice,Based on the questionnaire of health factors and motivation factors,the author designed a questionnaire on teachers' job satisfaction in College A Sort according to the satisfaction score of survey statistics,health-care factor,Campus environment,co-worker relationship,upper and lower level relationship,welfare treatment,Motivation factors:the interest of the work,the achievement of the work,the implementation of the reward,the appreciation of the leadership,the promotion of the title,the opportunity of promotion,the performance appraisal system,and the training and training opportunities.The author sums up the existing problems in the four aspects of salary treatment,teaching and research environment,performance appraisal and training and training,Based on the above analysis,the author constructs a more reasonable optimal incentive scheme based on the existing incentive schemes.Four optimization suggestions were put forward from two dimensions of health care factor and incentive factor.The suggestions on health-care measures are to optimize the salary system,to create favorable conditions,to realize the personal value of the teachers,to improve the performance appraisal system and to irrprove the training and development mechanism.
