| In recent years,domestic violence has received extensive attention.Government departments have adopted positive and effective strategies,improved the corresponding laws and regulations,improved the channels of seeking help,and carried out a series of activities for the protection of women and children.Domestic language violence belongs to domestic violence.Because of the construction of legal society and the extensive improvement of people,the problem of physical violence has been effectively improved,but the formation of language violence has become more and more serious.Language can not cause direct physical harm,but can do great harm to the spirit of the victim.Language violence is a kind of implicit conflict.Because of the different degree of intimacy between the violator and the victim,the harm often is different.May infringe people’s self-esteem,may also cause psychological shadow,even cause mental illness.Children are the vulnerable groups in the family structure,the emergence of family language violence will cause harm to children first.Relatively speaking,most children are the least defensive and less aware of self-protection in the family environment,so they have a strong sense of psychological disparity when they are subjected to verbal violence,if other family members do not give proper guidance after the event,its own lack of resolution will easily cause lasting psychological harm to children or lead them astray.This article takes the child protection as the starting point,the family language violence as the breakthrough point.Firstly,the factors of domestic language violence and its possible impact on children are analyzed by statistical data.Secondly,based on the analysis of statistical results,the typical families in the research process were involved in the case,and the professional methods of social work were used to help the battered children to reduce the harm.Finally,from three aspects of children,family and social work,some suggestions are put forward in order to help the children who suffer from domestic language violence to get out of the predicament. |
