With the rapid development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in some developed countries and the upsurge of entrepreneurship,innovation and entrepreneurship have become an important driving force for economic growth and national development,and many countries have attached great importance to the innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.Therefore,innovation and entrepreneurship education in institutions of higher learning has become an inevitable trend in the reform and development of China's higher education.It is quite necessary to analyze the modes,experiences and problems of some universities that have carried out innovation and entrepreneurship education well and provide references for other universities.This study uses literature research,text analysis and case study method,took the text of Undergraduate Teaching Quality Report in 2016 of the construction of first-class universities as the basis,based on the triple helix theory exploratory research the Mode of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and its existing problems,and through the analysis of the current situation of foreign university creative education model,summarizes the reference and enlightenment to our country universities.Based on the text analysis of the Undergraduate Teaching Quality Report in universities,it is found that the mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the construction of first-class universities is students as main body,under the government leading,universities implement,enterprise collaboration to form a “trinity” of the collaborative model.Among them,universities as implementers should introduce relevant policies and incentives,optimize talent training programs,build innovative and entrepreneurial courses and textbooks,build innovative and entrepreneurial education faculty,build practice platforms and enhance students' practical ability;Enterprises as collaborators:school-enterprise cooperation to jointly build innovation and entrepreneurship training platform,teacher support,curriculum and textbook construction,financial support and other ways to synergize education;As a leader,the government should provide policy and financial support and practical training platform construction for collaborative education.Combined with the status quo of the mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the construction of first-class universities in this study,some deficiencies in the current innovation and entrepreneurship education are analyzed from the perspectives of universities,enterprises,governments and other four aspects.And through the case analysis of the operation status of the innovation and entrepreneurship education mode of Stanford university and Oxford University,some enlightenment can be obtained.Combined with the problems in universities and foreign universities case experience,this study the construction of first-class universities in our country present situation has carried on the innovation of entrepreneurship education pattern in universities must optimize: by mainly for college students as main body,under the government leading,universities implement,enterprise collaboration to form a “trinity” of the collaborative model optimization for the college students as the main body,under the government leading,universities implement,enterprise collaboration,social parties help the formation of the “four in one” collaborative model.
