School social work is an important part of social work in China,and social work has been attached importance in these years.Vocational school education,as an important part of high school education and vocational education,accounts for 41% of the total number of students in high school education,and is training hundreds of millions of high-quality workers.The need of vocational school should be payed attention.Due to the complex problems of vocational students and the development goal of students socialization,social work has a very broad prospect in vocational schools.However,the practical research of school social work in China is still in developing.Most of the domestic research on the practical model of school social work starts from the integrity and common characteristics of school social work,seldom focuses on one type of school,and less on vocational schools.By the way,the research on school social work practice based on project is still very insufficient,especially the research on the analysis of school's multiple needs and overall service strategy.The theory of social interaction model used in this study is a comprehensive practical model.Applying this theory to the study of social work in vocational schools can not only make up the defects of the study on the middle level of social work in schools,but also promote the development of social work in vocational schools.This study used the interaction model of school social work system,analyzed the four-year social work practice of Q vocational school in S District of Foshan City,and explored the localized system interaction model.Through the overview of Q school social work service,including project introduction,school social work ecosystem analysis,service content and specific strategies of school social work,the overall picture of the project was presented from the overall level.Then,the Q school social interaction model was inspected and summarized,and the effectiveness and shortcomings of the project are inspected concretely.Then,it proposed to carry out six measures for school social work practice by the social interaction model..These general measures included: first,social workers should be the enablers of the system;the second,they should focus on the construction of the interactive platform of the system;the third,they should find more ways to collect the demand information;the fourth,they should use the "natural organization" and "existing activities" of the school as the service basis;the fifth,they should use the integrated working methods to act on the multi-levelsystem interaction;the sixth,they should focus on the professional accomplishment.
