"Junior middle school students" are in the important node of the individual growth and development,and at the same time they gradually become independent in psychology.The unique physiological and psychological changes in this stage make the individual extremely vulnerable to the interference and shock of the surrounding environment,showing extremely changeable mood and negative and depressed psychological state.Therefore,it is very necessary to pay attention to the growth of the junior middle school students,especially in the aspect of resilience.The development of social work provides a new possibility for the cultivation of resistance,From the traditional perspective of problems to the advantage perspective,"resistance" as a natural ability of each person,although its level of existence,but can be promoted through active cultivation.Enhancing the level of resilience of junior high school students has realistic meaning for promoting their healthy growth and the long-term development of the country.This paper mainly uses the theory of cognitive behavior and the theory of advantage perspective to study the students of XS middle school who are involved in the process of practice as the research objects,By means of questionnaire,non-structural interview and literature research,this paper analyzes the present situation of its resistance,and studies the way of improving the resistance of junior middle school students in school social work.Linking students,parents,schools and communities through casework and group work based on the results of the investigation;And through the cultivation of self-cognition,emotion management,interpersonal communication ability and the value and sense of life,to arouse the potential ability of service object,to constructthe internal and external protective factors of resistance.And in the concrete social work practice to rethink,put forward the proposal,summarized the school social work to the junior high school students to enhance the resistance of the role of the school social work to explore a more conducive to the healthy growth of the current junior high school students in the school social work model.
