Teaching about problem of moving point is a trouble in mathematics teaching in junior high school,and The Geometer's Sketchpad has unique advantages in teaching about the problem of moving point in plane geometry because of it's dynamic nature and strong interactivity.In this paper,the teaching about the problem of moving point in plane geometry assisted by the the Geometer's Sketchpad is taken as the research topic.Starting from the ten core concepts proposed in the Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education,and combining the characteristics of moving point problem,this paper discusses the teaching value of moving point problem.Through questionnaires and interviews,this paper investigates the current situation of the teaching about the problem of moving point in plane geometry assisted by the Geometer's Sketchpad,and understands the views and attitudes of teachers and students on the teaching about the problem of moving point assisted by the Geometer's Sketchpad,the advantages of the teaching about the problem of moving point assisted by the Geometer's Sketchpad at the present stage and the misunderstandings in the use of the Geometer's Sketchpad.Finally,in order to give full play to the teaching value of the moving point problem and the advantages of the Geometer's Sketchpad and avoid the errors of the use of the Geometer'sSketchpad,this paper puts forward the teaching strategies and suggestions about how to use the Geometer's Sketchpad in the teaching of moving point problem,and designs two teaching cases of the deep integration of the moving point problem with the Geometer's Sketchpad.Through theoretical analysis,this paper finds that the problem of moving point has the teaching value of cultivating students' space concept,geometric intuition and infiltrating mathematical thoughts such as classified discussion,combination of numbers and figures,transformation and specialization into students.Summarizing the survey results of the current situation of the use of the Geometer's Sketchpad in the teaching of moving point problem,this paper finds that the Geometer's Sketchpad has the following advantages: visual display,improving the teaching efficiency through improving the utilization rate of time and reducing the difficulty of students' understanding,and meeting the requirements of mathematical inquiry.At the same time,there are also misuses of abuse and misuse.In line with the idea of developing strengths and avoiding weaknesses,this paper puts forward several teaching strategies of assisting the teaching of the moving point problem with the Geometer's sketchpad: selecting appropriate teaching contents and using them in appropriate time(reserving space for students to think and imagine),adopting open teaching mode,combining with traditional blackboard teaching effectively.And on the basis of thisteaching strategies,this paper puts forward some teaching suggestions:adopting open teaching mode,teaching in the form of mathematical inquiry activities and let students use the Geomer's Sketchpad personally.
