In order to explore the effect of Teacher Development Center training project,the text analysis of S University Teacher Development Center is carried out in this study.In this paper,the author chooses the two projects of the S University Teacher Development Center as the research object,which are "the new teachers' induction training" and "the teachers' teaching and enjoyment meeting".As an assistant of the Teacher Development Center,the researcher kept in direct contact with the Teacher Development Centre at S University and successively participated in the new teacher induction training project and the teacher teaching entitlements project,which not only collected relevant documentation provisions such as the regulations on the training of teachers ' development centres and the content of training programmes for the two projects,The data and information on the course arrangement are also communicated and exchanged with the students and teachers,and the status and harvest of the trainees in the course of the training project are mastered.Based on the self-made questionnaire,this study investigated the implementation effect of the training project of S University Teacher Development Center,and carried out the research with the drafting idea of "finding the problem-analyzing the reason-making suggestions".This research uses the methods of literature research,the network investigation,questionnaire investigation and interview investigation.From the reason of participating in the training project of the center,the way of obtaining the information of the project of the center,the need and expectation of participating in the training project of the center and whether the need and expectation can be satisfied,Four aspects of satisfaction with the overall implementation effect of the training pro-gram were investigated among the teachers,students and staff of the center.Test S University Teacher Development Center training project implementation effect.On this basis,the paper further excavates the existing achievements and existing problems of the training project,and then probes into the influencing factors of the existing problems of the training project,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the implementation effect of the training project in the Teacher Development Center of S University.Specifically,the study found the following.First of all,after investigating the effect of the training project in the Teacher Development Center,the author finds that the training project has achieved a better implementation effect: the teaching idea of the training teachers has been updated,the teaching skills of the trainees have been improved,and the personal accomplishment and professional ethics of the trainees have been improved.Of course,in some aspects do not meet the expectations and requirements of teachers,there are some training content and the needs of the teaching teachers are not high,the form of training is relatively single,the proportion of the training of trainers is not balanced,some teachers personally on the training project enthusiasm is not high training program implementation of inefficient issues.Secondly,through the analysis of the influencing factors of the effect of the training project of the Teacher Development Center,it is found that the research on the demand of the training teachers is not enough,the factors to be innovated in the organization of the training projects,the lack of systematic planning for the training of the trainers,the need to improve the service consciousness of the teachers ' development center,and the insufficient motivation of the teachers ' own professional development can not be ignored.Finally,the researcher puts forward some suggestions to improve the effect of Teacher Development Center training project: we should step up demand research,explore the path of problem transformation,flexibly apply a variety of training methods,reasonably selection of experts and set up a team of trainers,improve the level of service implementation of the center,and consciously participate in teachers to achieve self-worth.In order to promote the implementation of Teacher Development Center training project and teacher Development Center teacher Training system to provide a reliable reference,so as to promote the professional independent development of college teachers and the vigorous development of education.
