The invention and application of mobile Internet technology have broadened the communication channels in the virtual society.More and more netizens express their views on social issues and vent their emotions on social events through the Internet,including violent language or language violence that maliciously evaluates and injures others.The spread of cyber language violence and the raging cyberbullying problems make college students in the critical period of the formation of world outlook,outlook on life and values suffer from it.It is easy to cause the crisis of cyber cultural identity,psychological barriers and spiritual problems,and even extend virtual violence to induce real social violence,causing serious social problems.Colleges and universities are a powerful guarantee for the all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness and aesthetics of college students and an important channel for the cultivation of high-level talents for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.To help college students rationally understand the network virtual society and to adjust college students' deviant network psychology is the proper meaning of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to study the phenomenon of cyber language violence from the perspective of Ideological and political education of college students,to confirm the mechanism of cyber language violence,and to explore the countermeasures of cyber language violence.Cyber language violence refers to a series of behaviors that are prone to negative social effects,such as the lack of cyber behavior control ability,aggressive and insulting speech evaluation to others,or purposeful exposure of their basic identity information,which hinders the daily life of the evaluated people and impairs their physical and mental health.This study finds that the origin of cyber language violence lies in perpetrator's abnormal herd mentality and lost value identification,which fuels the eyewitness' s indifference as an outsider and intensifies the victim's passive ostrich mentality.Due to the social waterfall effect,cyber violence language can be transmitted and disseminated through interacting,it is applicable to exhausting valve principle,and the network lacks the platform of interest expression;it loses the effective supervision of the network;it roots in the desire of operators of self-Media platforms.It is precisely owing to the interaction of multiple factors inside and outside the network space that the irrational expression impulse of cyber language violence is generated and superimposed,causing potential and realistic collision and harm to college students and the society.On this basis,this paper focuses on the solutions to ideological and political education in colleges and universities: shaping college students' network values from the media literacy,social responsibility and network cultural identity;cultivating college students' healthy network psychology;forming a new model of ideological and political education for college students,which integrates teachers and students,family-school alliance and ideological and political education into multi-disciplinary.
