Modern apprenticeship has been a hotspot in the development of Vocational education.The General Office of the Ministry of Education has announced three batches of modern apprenticeship pilot projects since 2016.Which is the core of modern apprenticeship compared with the traditional "order training" and "post practice" personnel training mode? Its core feature is that modern apprenticeship is based on the stable relationship between masters and apprentices in the workplace learning.In Modern apprenticeship,the masters transmit knowledge to apprentices through real situation.Most of all,the knowledge transmitted by masters is tacit knowledge.Tacit knowledge is a kind of knowledge which is important for Vocational College students,but it is difficult to transfer in the school by teacher's language.Modern apprenticeship can make up for this shortcoming and become the most effective way to transmit tacit knowledge.This paper mainly uses the methods of documentation,practice expert seminar,interview and observation to analyze the manifestation,transmission process and influencing factors of tacit knowledge in modern apprenticeship system,in order to provide reference for the development of modern apprenticeship system in China.This study is divided into five chapters;the specific structure is as follows:The first chapter: introduction.The background and significance of the study are clarified,the literature at home and abroad is sorted out,and the core concepts involved in the study are defined.On this basis,the research problems and contents to be solved,the research methods and technical routes to be adopted are put forward.Chapter 2: Research on the transfer function of tacit knowledge in modern apprenticeship.It mainly demonstrates that modern apprenticeship has the function of transferring tacit knowledge.From the perspective of environment,people,content and method,multi-dimensional discussion is carried out.Chapter 3: The manifestation of tacit knowledge in modern apprenticeship.Enter the enterprise to observe the apprenticeship's learning in the enterprise,and conduct in-depth interviews with students and teachers,so as to systematically analyze what tacit knowledge modern apprenticeship can convey,that is,the manifestation of tacit knowledge in modern apprenticeship.Chapter 4: The process of tacit knowledge transfer and its influencing factors in modern apprenticeship.This paper analyses the process of tacit knowledge transfer in modern apprenticeship system and the influencing factors of tacit knowledge transfer.Chapter 5: Implementing strategies of tacit knowledge transfer in modern apprenticeship.Through theoretical discussion and observation,the process of tacit knowledge transfer in modern apprenticeship system is systematically analyzed.Combining with the research results,the effective strategies of tacit knowledge transfer in the modern apprenticeship system in China are put forward.
