As the highest level of education,postgraduate education plays an importantly role in the education of other levels of the school.It plays an importantly supporting role in the national innovation system and international competition.It has important strategic significance for national economic construction,scientific and technological progress and social development..The relationship between college teachers and students is the most basic in teaching and research activities,and it is also a kind of interpersonal relationship that directly affects teaching effects and scientific research results."only if the students love their teacher,can they believe in what their teacher says.",a good teacher-student relationship plays an important role in the cultivation of graduate students in postgraduate education.The self-cultivation of the tutor will affect our life.The research on the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities not only has theoretical significance but also has certain practical value.This paper adopts questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation of teacher-student relationship from the three dimensions of academic guidance,daily communication and economic support.By analyzing,draw a conclusion that: firstly,Students with internal motivation for postgraduate study have a positive evaluation on their mentors;secondly,girls are more active in communicative intention;thirdly,985/211 universities can provide more scientific research resources and financial support for students;fourthly,the relationship between teachers and students in Humanities and social sciences is more intimate because of the different nature of the major.;fifthly,The higher the title of tutor,the less frequency of communication with students,but can provide more scientific research projects for students.The first part mainly discusses the reason and significance of the topic selection,sorts out the literature review at home and abroad,defines the core concepts,and introduces the research content and research methods.The second part is the research design,including the selection of research samples and the use of survey tools.The third part is the analysis of the survey results.From the current situation survey results,further refine the major problems and experience of the good teacher-student relationship between graduate students.The experience of good teacher-student relationship includes: establishing a harmonious emotional relationship,attaching importance to the guidance of the dissertation,and the common growth of teachers and students.The postgraduate teacher-student relationship has the following problems: the imbalance between teacher and student in status and power,the lack of the communication between the teachers and students,the lack of academic guidance and insufficient financial support.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the problems: the changes of the social environment,the defects of the internal system of the university and the cognitive misplacement of the characteristics of the teachers and students.Finally,on the basis of this,propose relevant suggestions: construct a community of teachers and students' cultural values,establish a stable and effective management mechanism,and correct orientation of teachers and students role.
