With the development and progress of the society,it has become an irresistible trend that preschool education is gradually incorporated into the lifelong education and compulsory education system.Therefore,relevant laws and regulations and professional standards for the development of preschool education have been issued one after another,which has raised the importance of the development of the whole major of preschool education to an unprecedented level.Teachers are the key to the development of subjects and majors.Both the pre-school education teachers' professional standards and curriculum standards set rules and requirements for teachers' professional quality and ability in the new era.As the main cradle of high-quality preschool teacher training,undergraduate colleges and universities find that in the process of talent training,the comprehensive quality and ability of students are not enough to cope with the actual teaching situation,nor can they flexibly use the knowledge they have learned to guide the practice,and students often feel embarrassed and uncomfortable.Therefore,in order to improve the overall comprehensive quality and professional ability of undergraduate pre-school education major students and accelerate the career adaptation period,this study mainly uses questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis to focus on the process of talent cultivation.The research content mainly includes:The first part,introduction.It includes research background and significance,literature review at home and abroad,research content and research method.It analyzes the necessity of this research from the national and social background,expounds the frontier and current situation of relevant research at home and abroad,and discusses the research method and content of this research.In the second part,the relevant theories of preschool education are summarized.Firstly,the core concepts of preschool education,undergraduate education and talent training mode are defined.Secondly,the relevant theory of preschool education is elaborated to lay a theoretical foundation for this study.In the third part,the status quo of pre-school education major in undergraduate colleges and universities in the process of talent training is elaborated.The curriculum structure is not perfect,the proportion is not balanced;The mode of culture process is simple and new blood is added urgently.The evaluation system is single,it is difficult to play a substantial role;The comprehensive quality and professional ability of the students are unsatisfactory.The fourth part mainly puts forward feasible countermeasures and Suggestions according to the problems in the process of talent training.Mainly includes: the conformity talented person raises the goal,prominent specialized characteristic;Scientific curriculum,optimize the curriculum structure;Renew the cultivation idea,innovate the cultivation way;It is suggested that the multi-evaluation mechanism should be improved and the talent assessment system should be improved.Students should improve learning autonomy,out of the traditional concept of the fence,and strive to improve the overall quality of such Suggestions.The fifth part makes relevant summary and prospect to the research of this paper.Based on the field investigation of the undergraduate pre-school education major,combined with the development of local pre-school institutions,this paper analyzes it from a comprehensive,professional and objective perspective,hoping to explore a way for the cultivation and development of pre-school education talents in this school and other similar institutions.
