Case Work Intervention Study On Suicidal College Students Under Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Model

There are more than 800,000 people chose suicide every year.Suicide is the second leading cause of death among people aged 15 to 29.WHO advocates that countries around the world should include suicide prevention as a national priority.Since suicide is a new and marginal subject involving many disciplines such as psychiatry,psychology,sociology,philosophical ethics,etc.,it has only been an independent discipline for more than 50 years.The study of foreign prevention and intervention suicide is still in the development stage.Suicide is a complex issue.Suicide prevention requires coordination and cooperation among many sectors of society and related professions.In the interdisciplinary teamwork of college students to prevent suicide among college students,the practical research of social workers involved in college students' suicide is in the exploratory stage,and theoretical research is rare.Through combing the various psychological treatment methods for suicide prevention,the author finds that cognitive behavioral therapy has a therapeutic effect in dealing with anxiety,maintaining self-esteem,controlling depression,promoting effective communication,etc.,and specific cognitive behavioral therapy is in preventing suicide.It is commonly used and has a good therapeutic effect.On the basis of previous studies on cognitive behavioral therapy,the author combines case social work methods to form a service plan for college social workers to use cognitive behavioral therapy to intervene in college students' suicide.Under the guidance of this service method,social workers further discovered the key and methods for social workers to use cognitive behavioral therapy effectively by serving and treating a female college student with suicidal tendencies in X University.There are many intervention methods for treating suicide.No matter which method has a certain therapeutic effect,how to exert the therapeutic effect to a greater extent is a goal that social workers and therapists need to pursue.Social workers advocate "people in the social environment." In the specific process of suicidetreatment,social workers should not only pay attention to the individual perception of the case,but also pay attention to the environment in which the case is located,and dig and build more for the case.Linking and assisting him in proactively interacting positively with the environment is one of the keys to adjusting the strength of the victim's suicidal ideation.Preventing suicide should be done in a precautionary manner.The social work and joint schools have multi-party resources to carry out campus publicity and mental health knowledge popularization work,and carry out life education work to prevent problems before they happen.
