sychological dilemma of college students has gradually become a matter of concern and attention.This paper carries out group work under the background of "partnership plan" service in a university,so as to help college students solve their psychological dilemma.This research deeply understands the problems existing in the psychological predicament of college students from the aspects of interpersonal relationship predicament,academic predicament and employment predicament of College students.With the theme of solving the psychological predicament of College students,this study uses group work method to help college students get rid of Psychological Predicament and grow healthily.Make college students reduce academic pressure,solve employment difficulties and improve their interpersonal skills.This study investigates the current situation of College Students' psychological distress and the manifestations of their common psychological distress.It also analyses the problems and causes of College Students' psychological distress,intervenes in the psychological distress of college students in group work,formulates and implements group activities,and gives its own countermeasures and suggestions.Through the analysis of this study,we can guide the group work to solve the psychological plight of College students,which has a certain effect on solving the psychological plight of College students.This provides a good opportunity to solve the psychological plight of college students by introducing school social work.In addition to the need for universities,families and individuals to solve their own problems,social work as a professional help activities,through the use of cases,groups,communities and other working methods can also help college students out of psychological difficulties to a certain extent.
