Higher vocational college is an important component of China's higher education.To achieve healthy and sustainable development,the construction of teaching staff is one of the fundamental.Facts show that attracting more and more high-quality talents into higher vocational colleges has become an important factor affecting the future development of Higher Vocational colleges.As the innovation of the university salary management,performance salary system,showing a unique incentive role and guiding role in stabilizing university talents,can realize the effective management of attracting talents,making good use of talents and retaining talents in university management.In this paper,taking N Vocational College as an example,combining with the theories of economics and management,such as performance management,salary incentive and salary management,as well as the features of the vocational college which emphasize serving and the cultivating skilled talents,the performance salary design carried out by the N Vocational College is systematically analyzed.This paper analyzes the performance salary level of the N Vocational College by means of case study,questionnaire survey and interview,and finds out that there are some defects in the post setting and appointment,the performance pay and the performance appraisal index design and the performance appraisal method which are common problem in the implementation of the current performance salary system.The root of these problems lies in three factors: the system,assessment,evaluation.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the performance salary system for higher vocational colleges: the basic principles of performance salary should be adhered to;the post management system should be completed;the target management system should be improved.All these suggestions aim to provide useful reference for the performance salary system for vocational colleges.
