The Research On Patent Cooperation Network Of Universities In Guangdong-HongKong-Marco Greater Bay Area

The construction of guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area is an important national strategy,which cannot be separated from the efforts of high-quality talents and the support of scientific and technological innovation.Patent is a very important part of innovation system.Among all kinds of scientific research results,patent is one of the most representative results directly representing innovation and technology.Using patent analysis to study scientific cooperation can enrich the existing research results in the field of patent cooperation to a large extent,and can also find new valuable conclusions and enlightenment.This paper uses incoPat technology innovation information platform and the patent database of China intellectual property office to download the patent data of guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area university cooperation.Through statistical analysis and social network analysis,this paper analyzes the patent cooperation among universities in the greater bay area.The analysis results show that:(1)The number of patent applications filed by colleges and universities in the guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area has been steadily increasing every year,and the awareness of protection and innovation ability have been continuously improved.South China university of technology,sun yat-sen university,guangdong university of technology and other well-known universities have strong scientific research strength,with a large number of cooperative patents and times,but at the same time,the degree of patent cooperation is relatively low,and the proportion of cooperation with other subjects is relatively low.Physics and chemistry;Metallurgy,electricity patents and three industry cooperation,most times showed a large bay area of guangdong in these three areas of colleges and universities scientific research ability,cooperation consciousness is stronger,has the good atmosphere of cooperation,and textile,papermaking,fixed buildings,the number of patents and cooperation of mechanical engineering at least,from the side also shows a large bay area of guangdong is in the process of the development of industry transformation and upgrading(2)The university-enterprise patent cooperation network in guangdong-hongkong-macao greater bay area is a typical complex network with sparse relations among network nodes.The national "double first-class" universities and the high-level universities of guangdong province have a particularly high degree of core in the patent cooperation network,and the comprehensive or science and technology universities with strong research strength and high reputation in China and even the world have a high position and power in the cooperation network.(3)South China university of technology is the core node of university-university patent cooperation network in the guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area.South China university of technology and sun yat-sen university are located in the structural holes of different groups and in advantageous network positions in cooperation,which can obtain a lot of resources and control the aggregation and dispersion of knowledge.The university-university patent cooperation network in the guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area can be divided into eight condensed subgroups,which have obvious geographical proximity.In the process of constructing the patent cooperation network,the patent cooperation network of universities in guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area is a typical one,which reflects the complex social relations in the real society.
