Research On The Career Development Of College Sports Training Graduates In Guangzhou

Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.The employment of college students is more about society,school,family,and individual.The society will measure the status quo of economic development based on the employment situation of students.The quality of training will be measured by the quality of students' employment.The family will measure the happiness index based on the child's employment success.Students will measure their own value with a satisfactory job.The degree of realization.With the vigorous development of social economy,the career choices of contemporary college students also show a diversified trend.However,in different positions,the career development of college students also has different problems: frequent replacement of work units,and lack of harmony with leading colleagues.The lack of self-abilities and so on,the issue of career development has become increasingly prominent.This thesis studies and discusses the career development of sports training majors,focusing on the career development of a particular professional student,more targeted.After consulting a large number of relevant literatures,it is found that there are many researches on career development,but there are few studies on the career development of college students.There are fewer studies on the career development of college-specific majors.The master's thesis on employment status has not been available so far.Therefore,this study is intended to stand in Guangzhou from the career theory,career choice theory,and career development theory through the literature data method,survey method,mathematical statistics method,and logic analysis method.The current situation of the career development of sports training graduates from South China University of Technology,South China Normal University,and Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education,as well as the difficulties in the career development process,were investigated,analyzed,and studied.The following conclusions were drawn:1.The current situation of career development of college sports training graduates in Guangzhou is: overall,the professional development is in good condition,but there are some difficulties in the process of career development.2.The advantage of the career development of college sports training graduates in Guangzhouis: to be honest,have a strong sense of competition,have strong resistance to stress,have good psychological quality,be aggressive,and have a strong desire for knowledge;Guangzhou University Sports Training The disadvantages of vocational development of employed students are: the awareness of improving non-professional ability is not strong,the lack of comprehensive quality,weak cultural literacy,poor self-discipline,and the purpose and planning of work are not strong.3.The difficulties in the career development of college sports training graduates in Guangzhou are: lack of clear career development goals,difficult interpersonal relationships,single job skills,unfair treatment,complicated work content,excessive workload,and difficulty in coping.The strategies for promoting the career development of college sports training graduates in Guangzhou include: enhancing self-learning ability,improving the overall quality of sports training students;establishing and clarifying career development goals,formulating career development plans;creating a harmonious interpersonal atmosphere and working atmosphere;Fair competition,equal opportunity for promotion;increase training,provide opportunities for further training for sports training students;improve the ability to deal with problems and accumulate work experience.
