Research On Legal Education Of Higher Vocational Students Under The Environment Of Information Technology

In recent year,the phenomenon of illegal crimes has occurred in some colleges and universities.The problem of university legal system construction has become a major problem of university management,which largely restricts the rapid development of universities.As an important part of China's higher education,higher vocational colleges shoulder the important task of training applied and technological talents for production and management of front-line services.The state attaches great importance to and develop vocational education.The rapid development of information technology environment,because of the diversity of network culture,open network,coupled with unhealthy culture and decadent Western culture shock,bring a great negative impact of Higher Vocational College Students' world outlook,outlook on life and values,but also to the teaching content,the legal education in Higher Vocational Colleges way method,the guiding role of challenges.Legal education is an integral part of higher education.Although some achievements have been achieved in legal education in higher vocational colleges,the effect is not significant.With the comprehensive implementation of the basic strategy of ruling the country according to law,it is urgent to study and discuss the Countermeasures of legal education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the environment of information technology.In order to more accurately understand the status of legal education in higher vocational colleges,this paper takes Hunan water conservancy and Hydropower Career Technical College as an example to carry on the investigation,this paper tries to find out the common problems existing in the current legal education in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the causes of the problems,and put forward countermeasures to strengthen and improve the legal education of Higher Vocational Colleges on the problem.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which details the basis of the topic,the significance and purpose of the study,the current research status at home and abroad,and the research methods adopted in this paper.The second part expounds the definition of related concepts and related theories in detail,which is the basis of the general starting and research of this article.The third part is the analysis of the status quo of the legal consciousness of thestudents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the information technology environment with the statistics of the survey data.Specific performance in the students' legal consciousness is weak,their illegal phenomenon have occurred,and showed the development of information technology,analyzes its reason,mainly from four aspects: first,the rapid development of information technology brings confusion;second of students;third;the lack of family education;fourth,lack of legal education in school.Combined with survey data statistics,the status of legal education in Hunan water conservancy and Hydropower Career Technical College is analyzed.Through the analysis and comparison of the curriculum,the teaching form and the teaching effect,the problems of legal education are found.The fourth part,according to the problems and reasons in the process of carrying out the legal education in Hunan water conservancy and Hydropower Career Technical College,puts forward some targeted countermeasures.One is to grasp the opportunities brought by information technology to educational reform,break through the limitation of time and space,enrich teaching contents,provide diversified teaching means,and carry out personalized educational services.The two is to strengthen the information literacy of teachers and students,teachers and students to enhance the information discrimination,using information technology to reform the teaching methods,improve students' ability of self education.The three is to strengthen the strength of the school legal education.First,to strengthen the understanding of legal education,secondly to create a good environment and atmosphere of legal education,and to carry out a rich and colorful practice of legal education.The four is to make use of information technology to strengthen the relationship with parents and to give full play to the function of family education.The five is to use information technology to establish and improve the early warning system,and eliminate the phenomenon of students' violation of law and discipline in the bud.
