The development of higher vocational education in China has a history of more than 30 years.In recent years,with the development and expansion of higher vocational education,China's higher education has begun to transform from elite to mass,and higher vocational education has also shifted from scale expansion to connotation,and the quality of education has become the top priority of higher vocational education.In the "13th five-year" development plan,China also points out that "improving the quality of higher education" is an important strategic task for China's education development.The most critical factor to improve the quality of higher vocational education is the teachers and the leading role of higher vocational education.Therefore,it is an inevitable requirement to improve the quality of higher vocational education to improve the vocational ability of higher vocational teachers and improve the vocational ability structure of higher vocational teachers.Therefore,the author takes shaanxi higher vocational colleges as an example to study the occupational competence structure of higher vocational teachers,so as to promote the improvement of the occupational competence structure of higher vocational teachers in China.This paper used the literature method combining,and results previous analysis research,their work experience and the characteristics of the modern higher vocational education,vocational ability of higher vocational teachers should have carding,analysis,and sums up the higher professional ability professional levels: basic professiona ability,vocational teachers' professional ability,exclusive structure l ability.The second part,starting from empirical research,conducts questionnaire survey and interview with teachers,teaching supervisors and students of five higher vocational colleges in shaanxi province on the status quo of vocational competence of higher vocational teachers,and summarizes the existing problems of vocational competence of higher vocational teachers.The third part USES the system analysis method to present the higher vocational teacher ability present situation from inside and outside two aspects,carries on the analysis to its question reason.Fourth part reference successful experience of higher vocational education in the developed countries,combined with empirical research and cause analysis,proposed our country higher vocational college teachers' professional ability structure perfect countermeasures: improve the related system,a school of higher vocational teachers' professional skills training should be throughout the whole process of teaching,and to the implementation of the different stages of targeted training and training.
