The Study On Grassroots Population Management In China Based On The Changes Of Population Policy

As a basic national policy of China,family planning has been implemented since the 1980 s.With the economic and social development and the constant changes of China's national conditions,how to play the positive role of this policy has always been the goal of public opinion and people's attention.Objectively speaking,the implementation of family planning is based on the inevitable choices of China's economy,society and population.And with the implementation,it is well for curbing the rapid population growth,controlling the population growth rate,and also alleviating the social problems brought about by the huge population and the rapid population growth.Since the implementation of the family planning policy,China's economic and social development and the people's concept of birth have changed,the social problems such as the gender imbalance of the birth population,the aging of the population,the prematurely ending of “demographic dividend period” and the increasing of the single families have brought about a negative impact on economic and social development.As the population issue is the key of China's economic and social development in the current and future period,effectively dealing with the current contradictions and problems in population management is not only the inevitable need to keep the growth of China's economic and social development,but also the important protection for building a well-off society.Judging from the historical process,since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's population and family planning work has undergone several major policy,which effectively controlling the population,and alleviating the pressure of the population on the environment,resources and ecology.However,in the new era and facing new problems,population and family planning work needs to exploration and reform,thus conforming to the needs of China's transition from traditional development to modern development.On the basis of summarizing the relevant research results at home and abroad and studying the population and family planning related policy theories,this paper focuses on the development history and current situation of domestic family planning policies since the founding of the People's Republic of China,and based on the actual work,taking Xiaoshan district Linpu town as an example,analyzes the achievements and difficulties in the implementation of the family planning policy,and gives suggestions and countermeasures for improving grassroots population management and family planning work.
