As China's comprehensive national strength increases and people's living standard improves day by day,people are no longer satisfied with material needs,but pay more attention to spiritual needs,which are highlighted in the pursuit of subjective well-being.Studies have shown that physical activity not only promotes physical and mental health,but also improves subjective well-being.This special group of female college students,as a part of society,not only face the employment pressure,marriage,family pressure,social pressure,etc,but also endowed with specific social gender role,this role is fixed and to strengthen,formed the common social expectations and evaluation,making female college students in such a powerful social expectation or therefore evaluation of bound.This paper studies the relationship between physical activity and subjective well-being female students' in some ordinary undergraduate universities in Changsha,which is conducive to understand correctly female students' physical activity and subjective well-being level,and further exploring the influence of female students' physical activity factors on subjective well-being.There are means of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis in this study of the relationship between physicalactivity and subjective well-being of female students in some undergraduate colleges and universities in Changsha.The purpose of this study is to explore whether physical activity has positive effects on the subjective well-being of female students in ordinary undergraduate institutions,and what intensity and what type of physical activity can effectively improve the level of subjective well-being of female students in ordinary undergraduate institutions.The conclusion of this study was to(1)Different grades,majors,places of origin and the status of being an only child affect the sit in and physical activity of female students in ordinary undergraduate colleges.(2)Female students in ordinary universities are more inclined to engage in moderate physical activities,but there are not many female students who have achieved the level of physical activity that is conducive to physical and mental health.(3)The subjective well-being of female undergraduates is above the average level,most of them are satisfied with their lives,and a small number of them are very satisfied with their lives.(4)High-intensity physical activity and medium-intensity physical activity have positive impacts on subjective well-being of female undergraduates,and medium-intensity physical activity has the greatest effects.(5)Female students' daily work,daily traffic,daily life and physical activities in leisure time all have a positive impact on subjective well-being.(6)Sit in is not conducive to improving the subjective well-being of female college students.
