With China’s comprehensive national strength enhanced, increasing of people’s living standard, people are no longer satisfied with the material demand, pay more attention to spiritual level of demand, outstanding performance in the pursuit of happiness. Female graduate student as the country highly educated high-quality talent, is shouldering the important task of social development, is to realize the great idea of "Chinese dream" solid strength, at the same time, this stage they are also faced with some feelings in life, study and life, the female graduate student how happiness levels worth exploring. In happiness research field of psychology, subjective well-being was used as a measure the important instructions of mental health factors, people’s physical exercise and subjective well-being research has made relatively abundant achievements, but in the research of the past, in order to graduate student as the research object of the study also is less, so the female graduate student this is necessary to study the subjective well-being.This study, some universities in Shanghai reading a female graduate student as investigation object, the methods of questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, through the Shanghai female graduate student the investigation and analysis of present situation of physical exercise and subjective well-being, studying whether physical exercise has positive benefits to the female graduate student subjective well-being, what kind of physical exercise can effectively improve the level of female graduate student subjective well-being, delves into the physical exercise of female graduate student role and influence of subjective well-being, for reading female postgraduate student in colleges and universities provide scientific reference for raising the level of subjective well-being.Conclusion for this research:1. Female graduate student to participate in physical exercise in colleges and universities in Shanghai choose slightly more exercise, exercise time between 20 to 59 minutes, exercise frequency, the highest proportion of 1 to 2 times per week, exercise frequency low exercise is given priority to with a small amount of exercise more, small amount of exercise.2. Shanghai female graduate student life satisfaction, positive emotions, general subjective well-being are in average, frequency of negative emotion is at a level below average. Female graduate student subjective well-being level is higher, but the individual differences between students.3. Shanghai female subjective well-being related dimensions of postgraduate in grade, colleges and students significant differences, whether only daughter, no significant differences in the professional category.4. Shanghai female graduate student physical exercise in medium is fierce lasting movement experience of subjective well-being, the highest level in terms of exercise frequency, time and amount of exercise, the female graduate student at a time duration in 21 to 30 minutes of exercise, exercise frequency in three to five times a week, and participate in moderate exercise the highest level of subjective well-being.5. Physical exercise the relevant variables on female graduate student of subjective well-being has a certain role in promoting. Among them, the exercise time is remarkable influence on subjective well-being, exercise time and subjective well-being, life satisfaction, positive emotions are significant positive correlation between the three.
