| The entrance examination for Physical Education Majors in Colleges and universities in Hunan Province is an important way to select physical education professionals.This selective examination mechanism can effectively promote the allocation of educational resources in Colleges and universities and train excellent reserve sports talents.Table tennis is is one of the special technical examination items for physical education college entrance examination in Hunan Province.In this paper,the teaching methods of table tennis in Hunan College Entrance Examination are deeply studied by using the methods of literature,teaching experiment,logical analysis and mathematical statistics.According to the physiological characteristics of the formation of sports skills,the formation of sports skills is divided into generalization process,differentiation process,consolidation process and automation process.In this paper,40 table tennis candidates of Leifeng Middle School Physical Education College Entrance Examination in Changsha City in2018 were selected as experimental subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 20 students in each group for teaching experiments.According to the characteristics of each stage of the formation of sports skills,the table tennis special teaching of Hunan Physical Education College Entrance Examination wasdivided into four stages.The students of experimental group were divided into four stages.According to the characteristics of the formation of sports skills,different teaching methods were selected.The students in the control group used traditional teaching methods at all stages.Through a nine-month teaching experiment in four stages,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)It is better to use the best teaching method to teach students in stages than the traditional teaching method.(2)In the first stage of the formation of sports skills,there is no significant difference in the improvement of students’ side-body assault technique in learning and rubbing between the experimental group and the control group,and there is a significant difference in the improvement of students’ left-push and right-attack technique movement between the experimental group and the control group.(3)In the second stage of the formation of motor skills,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the improvement of the students’ learning side-body assault technique,but there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the improvement of the students’ left-push and right-attack technique.(4)In the third stage of the formation of motor skills,the experimental group video method has a significant difference in the improvement of students’ learning left-push right-attack andside-body assault in rubbing compared with the control group.(5)In the fourth stage of the formation of sports skills,there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the improvement of students’ left-push and right-attack and side-body assault in rubbing.According to the above problems,it is suggested that on the basis of the preliminary table tennis special teaching plan of Hunan Physical Education College Entrance Examination,in order to improve students’ special performance more effectively,the time arrangement of each class should be refined,and the proportion of each teaching method to the class hours should be adjusted. |
