Research On The Guidance And Cultivation Of College Students' Network Opinion Leaders

Informatization,networking and virtualization are undoubtedly the greatest characteristics of the times in today's society.In this tide of online public opinion that "everyone has a microphone",young college students who are the tide of the times are the largest group of online public opinion sponsors,participants and onlookers.College students are the main force of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Faced with the repeated bombardment of network information such as network rumors,network scolding,network violence and network populism,there will inevitably be "behavior blind spots" and "cognitive misunderstandings" in the network.Therefore,it is particularly important and urgent to cultivate college students' network opinion leaders,guide college students' correct network public opinion view,and create a clean network environment on campus.College students' network opinion leaders are based on the Internet,from personal speech on current events,exerting influence on college students,to guiding the development of public opinion,and even the networking role of public opinion.It is the extension and expansion of opinion leaders in the network virtual environment.The characteristics include complex identity,active performance,virtual expression,dominant paradox,relative information dissemination and varied ideas.From the perspective of status stability,college students' network opinion leaders can be divided into "ephemeral" and "lasting".From the perspective of network openness,college students' network opinion leaders can be divided into "real-name system" and "anonymous system".From the perspective of online roles,college students' online opinion leaders can be divided into "employment","academic and professional","political and media" and "life,emotion and entertainment".From the organizational nature,college students' network opinion leaders can be divided into "formal organization" and "informal organization".The reasons for the emergence of college students' network opinion leaders are not only the networking of college students' living style,the complication of social problems,the diversification of college students' psychological needs,but also the rigidity of university management system and the lagging of Ideological and political education in colleges.Through empirical research and individual analysis,this study finds that the network opinion leaders of college students are a double-edged sword,which appears in broadening the channels of Ideological and political education in colleges and enriching the resources of Ideological and political education in colleges,but also brings some negative effects on Ideological and political education in colleges in China.In particular,network opinion leaders of college students seize the right of ideological discourse by virtue of their unique status and technical advantages in setting up the network agenda,building public issues,leading the evolution of public opinion,and mobilizing strategies on the network,thus bringing great challenges to the formation of college students' correct ideology,the establishment of correct political outlook,outlook on life,values,and even the development of their physical and mental health.Therefore,colleges and all walks of life should regard the guidance and cultivation of college students' network opinion leaders as a new focus of Ideological and political work.They should correctly guide and cultivate college students' network opinion leaders from the aspects of discovery and excavation,guidance and development,education and cultivation,management and standardization,and actively develop the ideological and political education resources of college students' network opinion leaders.Step by step,eliminate the negative impact of college students' network opinion leaders on Ideological and political education,effectively enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of college students,and train qualified builders and successors for the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.
