Research On Problems And Strategies Of Senior Middle School Class Culture Construction

School culture has always been a kind of culture that should conform to the development of the times.Under the direction of the new curriculum reform,school culture should conform to the curriculum improvement and upgrade.The new curriculum reform requires every student to be self-perfecting and self-development,which requires the educated and educators to change their own way of thinking and behavior habits.Under the new curriculum reform situation,the basic unit of the school-class has a vital role in improving students' personality,enhance students' self-awareness,not only to complete the school management and teaching tasks,but also through the shaping of a good class atmosphere to achieve the goal of quality education.This requires educators to look directly at this new subject under the new curriculum reform,how to improve class construction from the perspective of cultural construction.The first chapter of this article mainly elaborates the reasons for the problems,what is the significance of studying these problems,the research review on class culture at home and abroad and the methods used to study class culture.The second chapter mainly discusses the theory of school culture and class culture.The third chapter is through the analysis of the questionnaire and interview results issued in Z City No.1 Middle School,respectively,from the understanding,implementation,the main aspects of Z City No.1 Middle School in the lack of class culture construction.Chapter 4 finds that there are some defects in the construction of class culture,such as lack of understanding of class culture construction,inadequate implementation of class culture construction,unclear subject of class culture construction,unclear objectives and so on.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward several solutions to strengthen the cultural construction,such as strengthening the class cultural construction from the spiritual and material aspects,establishing the scientific and equal subjective concept,and training students in multi-direction and multi-objective.
