| This present study aimed to explore the relationship among emotional intelligence of middle school students,social support,learning burnout and employee voice behavior by surveying 503 students from 2 different middle schools in Jilin were selected as research objects by the whole group sampling method.emotional intelligence questionnaire,social support questionnaire,and learning burnout questionnaire were used to investigate them.Descriptive statistical analysis and regulatory effect analysis were used for the analysis.Specific research conclusions are as follows: The result showed that:(1)Emotional intelligence of middle school students is above the medium level,learning burnout is below the medium level,and social support is at the general level.There were significant differences in emotional intelligence,social support and learning burnout among middle school students with different demographic variables.Social support has a significant effect on gender,grade and class cadres.The study burnout has significant effects on the education level of fathers,class cadres and whether it is the main effect in key schools.(2)There is a significant negative correlation between emotional intelligence and learning burnout among middle school students.(3)Social support plays a mediating role in the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning burnout of middle school students,that is,the influence of emotional intelligence on learning burnout of middle school students can also be mediated by social support.(4)Social support plays a moderating role in the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning burnout of middle school students,that is,the higher the degree of social support of middle school students,the greater the negative impact of emotional intelligence on learning burnout.According to the above conclusions,this study puts forward relevant Suggestions from three perspectives,including the development of emotional intelligence,social support and various ways: first,to improve the emotional intelligence level of middle school students,including the effective use of environmental stimulation knowledge,training of students’ internal information processing mode and other methods to offer emotional intelligence courses for middle school students.Second,to improve the social support level of middle school students,including the family should abandon the traditional concept of more support for girls,to strengthen support for middle school students;The school should try to promote the class cadre rotation system and other methods to make every student get more attention and support.Finally,the combination of various ways to reduce students’ learning burnout. |
