with the development and construction demands of China's modernization,the development of education system has put forward new education requirements for different disciplines and higher requirements for the development of students' comprehensive quality.Art,as an important subject of education,is of great significance to the cultivation of students' artistic temperament.Especially for high school students,the art class to the overall development of students is particularly important.But the current situation,the importance of different schools of art disciplines,the art of classroom teaching management reform,the high school art class teaching management is completely in line with modern high quality requirements,to stimulate the learning enthusiasm of the students of art,and improve the level of students' art accomplishment,became an important problem in many schools in art class teaching management.In the reform of the modern education system,the human-oriented education concept is further emphasized,and the humanistic education concept has important reform significance for the teaching management and teaching quality of each discipline.Based on this,in order to make the art education staff realize the importance of student-oriented,to provide the art teachers with classroom management strategies,so as to improve the management effect of the art class.From the perspective of humanism,this paper studies the teaching management of high school art class in fuyuan no.1 middle school.The author on the basis of reference literature,in combination with humanistic education theory,designed the "high school art class teaching management status questionnaire",specific to the high school fine arts teaching of art of classroom teaching management arrangements,classroom management and classroom management system and strategy,the effect of classroom management four aspects were investigated.In the process of collecting and analyzing the survey data,it is found that there are some problems in the teaching management of high school art class,such as unreasonable teaching arrangement,immature classroom management concept,obvious deficiencies in classroom management system and strategy,and limited management effect.The reason for the problem is that the school organization and leadership have not paid enough attention to the teaching management of high school art class,the influence of the original teaching management tradition,the teachers' insufficient attention to classroom teaching,and the students' lack of enthusiasm for the learning of art class.To solve these problems,the author put forward to improve the art value,reasonable arrangement of art teaching,the innovation art class management idea,attach importance to students' subject status,and constantly improve the level of teaching,innovating teaching management mode,attach importance to students' learning psychology,solving measures such as strengthening the management of the teaching effect,providing a reference for high school fine arts classroom teaching management.
